Our warehouse personnel will pack every item to our exacting specifications. Your goods are thoroughly checked and securely secured prior to shipment. Note: Orders with multiple items will have a separate processing period for each item.

We will inspect each and every one of the products before they are shipped. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is 3 to 7 days.

Returns

The stock is dynamic and we are unable to completely manage it because many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock can be changed at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
